This spacious living room has opulent interiors and opens up to a massive common terrace shared between the living room and the two bedrooms.

It offers a cornucopia of amenities like 45 inch TV, AC, WiFi, music system that make you feel at home.

DINING AREA 
The dining area is part of the living room creating a communal and comfortable space for everyone.
This dining area can accommodate up to 6 people along with AC and ample lighting. 

KITCHEN 
Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
Consumption of non-veg is allowed. 

BATHROOMS 
There are a total of 6 bathrooms - 4 attached and 2 shared.
The bathrooms boast a geyser for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests  convenience.

LAWN
The beautiful lawn on the ground floor comes with lush greenery and hammocks, providing a perfect space to unwind in nature.
The lawn has a sit-out with wooden furnishings and ample seating space that can accommodate up to 11 people. 

GYMNASIUM AND GAMING ROOM
At the ground floor entrance, there is an open patio with a gym and a gaming area.
This space is ideal for gathering with your loved ones and cherishing memories with games such as table tennis and carrom. 

JACUZZI
The jacuzzi is nestled in the lap of the garden so that the guests can soak in the warm water in the arms of nature.
The guests can access the jacuzzi at no additional cost.

Imagine a beautiful garden that features hammocks, seating area with wooden furnishings and a jacuzzi. Emilia Villa offers the pleasures that one can’t find anywhere else. The best part is its inhouse library that offers you a wide selection of books so you can unwind yourself in the mountains of Mahabaleshwar. Another refreshing way to relax yourself would be enjoying a therapeutic soak in the jacuzzi that is present in the lawn, bringing you closer to nature. A gymnasium is present in the villa that is perfect for the fitness enthusiast who want to keep themselves active. Within the property, guests  can enjoy the plethora of games offered in the gaming room like table tennis, carrom and many board games. One can end the day by enjoying a beautiful sunset from the deck with ample sitting space. A bonfire and barbeque can also be arranged at an additional cost. Emilia Villa offers a getaway in the tropics of Mahabaleshwar along with a cornucopia of amenities that’ll create a treasure trove of memories.

ADD-ON SERVICES 

- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- Guests also have an option for choosing individual meals. Please refer to the menu.
- Guests are requested to place one order for the entire group, choosing from the options listed in the menu.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per session which includes the material cost. Guests are requested to make the bonfire request before 5 PM. 
- Amenities such as indoor games, gymnasium, jacuzzi, torches, and clothes liners can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas except for the kitchen, the upper lawn and the third level. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
