This is neither a wheelchair-friendly, nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms at this property - all on the ground floor. 
- Each of the rooms offer an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.
- All the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable, king-sized beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room in the living area. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the ground floor of the property.
- The living room can seat up to 6 people.
- It is equipped with an AC, a wired music system and WiFi.
- There is a dining room that is part of the living room.
- It is equipped with an AC and offers comfortable seating for up 6 people.
- There is a private pool overlooking the surrounding hills, 22x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- The lawn is equipped with a sit-out space and comfortable upholstered furniture that can seat upto 12 people at any given time.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can also order-in food from local restaurants.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace the beauty of the overlooking mountainscapes and the horizon of the manicured fields around the villa. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.

- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the lights and fans for up to 11 hours. 
- Please note that only VI network works well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.  
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.

- Distance from Mumbai Airport - 83.2 km.
- Distance from Khopoli Railway Station - 22.1 km.
- Distance from Khopoli Bus Stand - 19.7 km.
- Distance from Khopoli Market - 22.3 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
