THE SPACE

BEDROOM 1
This is a spacious bedroom in soft white pastels and elegant wood beams with a garden view on the ground floor of this property.
The room is adorned with a king-sized bed, an extra mattress, and a spacious wardrobe for storage.
The room comes with an attached bathroom that boasts a solar geyser, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests' convenience.

BEDROOM 2

BEDROOM 3

LIVING ROOM
The room invites you through its giant wada style door with a cosy and inviting atmosphere. 
With plush style sofa seating that can accommodate up to 8 people, the room offers gorgeous interiors with its wood beams and lantern lights.
It offers a cornucopia of amenities including a TV, coolar and two standing fans at the ends of the room. There is no AC availble.

DINING AREA
The dining area is part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for 6 people. 
It offers a single door refrigerator, separate cupboard, a standing fan and a low hanging lantern to light up the entire room.

KITCHEN
Guests have access to the kitchen for reheating purposes only., 
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
Consumption of non-veg is allowed in the kitchen.

BATHROOMS 
There are a total of 3 bathrooms with two attached and one common.
The bathrooms boast a geyser for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests' convenience.

LAWN
The secret oasis of Farmhouse Retreat, the lawn, is in the middle of the villa surrounded by lush greenery and with a tulsi sapling.
Guests can enjoy a stroll on the lawn and also sit in the ample seating space next to it.

OUTDOOR POOL
The villa features a stunning 12 ft x 24 ft outdoor pool with a depth of 4.2ft. 
The outdoor pool is perfect for those wanting to enjoy a swim or a soaking session along side the pool and its deck.

Farmhouse Retreat is the perfect place to unwind with nature and experience true tranquility away from the chaos of the city. Within the property, guests can enjoy the indoor games provided. A cup of tea with the cosy breeze of farms can help one to relax and enjoy the perfect view. Guests can go on wine-tasting tours to the nearby vineyards and experience the significance of the wines and rising vineyard culture of Nashik. Guests can have a dip in the pool to replenish themselves. The perfect way to end your day would be by taking a beautiful evening stroll on the sprawling farms with mango and vegetable plantations. Bask in the warm radiance of the bonfire that can be arranged at the guest's request, making your day more special. With its old-world charm, antique interiors, and an endless list of modern amenities, Farmhouse Retreat has everything to make your stay memorable.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be arranged in-house at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 800. 
- A wine tour can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 onwards per person.
- A live pizza counter can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 700 and Rs. 900 onwards per person for vegetarian and non-vegetarian pizza. 
- Amenities such as indoor games, torches, and clothes dryers can be accessed by the guests for no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
