LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
There are two living rooms, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor.
The ground floor living room opens up to a patio, comes with a dining area, and includes AC, heater, TV, Wi-Fi, sound system, and CCTV.
The first-floor living room includes an AC, heater, and Wi-Fi.

KITCHEN
Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. However, cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. 

LAWN
The property features a lush lawn, the perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. 
Guests can stroll or gather for bonfires and barbecues on the beautiful lawn. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. 
- A veg barbecue kit/grill is available for an additional cost. Coal and groceries are also charged separately.
- A bonfire pit is available at an extra cost of Rs.2000 for 2 hours. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- For recreation and entertainment activities board games can be provided upon request. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
