There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor.
Each bathroom is equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' comfort.

LIVING ROOM
This spacious living room on the ground floor is furnished with ceiling lights, fan, TV and WiFi.
There are sofas and sofa chairs catering to seating arrangements for up to 8 people.
The window in this area opens up to the alluring surroundings of the property.

DINING ROOM
Placed right adjacent to the living room, the dining room is brightly lit for mood lighting.
The area is equipped with a seating arrangement for up to 8 people.

POOL
There is a private outdoor pool, 28x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in-depth and can be accessed from 8 AM - 10 PM.
There are sun loungers beside the pool for guests to catch their breath or sunbathe.
Next to the pool, a seating area is available for up to 4 people.

LAWN
There is a 20 sq. ft lawn fit to partake in workout sessions and play outdoor games.
It can seat up to 8 people at any given time.

TERRACE
An extravagant terrace serves as a common area where guests can sip on their favourite beverage and capture the scenic environment.

KITCHEN
Guests have access to the kitchen, however, they are required to pay an additional fee for the same.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, kettle and water purifier.
Crockery and cutlery are available.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional charge per person, per day.
- Barbecue meal can be available at an additional cost.
- Guests can access the kitchen at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session, including raw materials.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs 1500 + taxes, per pet.
Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
