The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor, featuring beautiful windows, allowing in ample light. 
- All rooms include a heater, queen-sized bed, garden views and attached bathrooms.
- A separate seating area is offered in 3 bedrooms.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 living rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
- The living room on the ground floor features various antiquities, along with seating for 7 people, a TV, and a heater. It opens up to an attached balcony with seating arrangements for 4 people.
- The living room on the first floor is equipped with various seating arrangements, including a diwan and a swing. It is equipped with a wired music system and opens up to the lawn.
- Both living rooms offer 40 Mbps Wi-Fi.
- There is a separate dining room that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
- There are 2 lawns, one at the front and the other at the back. Both have ample seating arrangements.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional cost. Guests will have to make arrangements for groceries. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Guests can order lunch and dinner from nearby restaurants.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can relish their breakfast amidst views and take a peaceful walk on the lawn. They can also enjoy a hearty barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- The barbeque kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use, including coal.
- The washing machine can be used at no additional cost.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The last 300 metres leading up to the villa are steep and narrow, and the patch just before the entrance of the villa is not concrete. 
- Please note, the gates of the parking space are narrow and an SUV car may not fit through them.
- The villa is a part of a gated society.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the plug points and lights for up to 8 hours.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel, Vi and Jio work fairly well here.
- Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.
- Both living rooms offer 40 Mbps Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The ‘Queen of hill stations’ and rightly so, Ooty is a complete package of lush green plantations, vast meadows, giant mountains and beautiful waterfalls. If you’re heading down south and have a few days to spare, be sure to pay a visit to this beautiful hill station, situated amidst what we can only consider as nature’s best offering. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

Getting Around:
- Distance from Coimbatore Airport - 85 km.
- Distance from Love Dale Railway Station - 2 km.
- Distance from Main Ooty Bus Stand - 4 km.
- Distance from Main Ooty Market - 3 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children must always be supervised when in or around the balcony area.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
