The Space:
Let us walk you through the space.

BEDROOMS
- There are 5 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.  - AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have double beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 attached bathrooms in the villa 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats 10 people comfortably. 
- It offers a TV, WiFi and music system. 
- There is a private lawn in the villa.
- There is a swimming pool.
- The pool is 20x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a water filter and a microwave. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available for 15 people.
- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

FOOD
​​​​​​​- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa except kitchen.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like TT, carrom, chess, cards or ludo and outdoor games like badminton or cricket. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This property is not suitable for pets.
- Children must be supervised all the time for their safety, while they are in the pool.
- In case of a power outage, power backup is available in the villa. 
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property and uses the same kitchen. However, separate utensils are provided.  
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
-  Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Events can be organised at an additional cost. 
- Karaoke can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at Vista Greenwoods Five, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bhushi dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point. 

Getting Around:
- Distance from Pune International Airport - 74 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 2 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 2 km.
- Distance from the local market - 3 km.

Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 2 cars is available at Vista Greenwoods Five.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Hookah is strictly prohibited. 
- Cooking non-vegetarian food inside the villa is not allowed. 
- Footwear is not allowed inside the villa. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
