Offering a perfect combination of privacy and communal fun, Greenwoods villas are cozy and tailor-made to offer you a holiday experience worth remembering.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide:
- A medical kit, with mosquito repellent.
- A power backup.
- Secured parking space for 2 cars.
- A TV, music system and Wi-Fi.
- A few board games as well as outdoor games like cricket and badminton.

At an additional cost, we also provide:
- Karaoke, bonfire.
- Events can also be organized with prior notice.

The Space
Let us walk you through the space.

Bedrooms
- 1 bedroom is on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.
- All bedrooms have AC and some have balconies.
- All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a double bed with fresh linen and pillows. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

Bathrooms
- The villa has 5 private bathrooms.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Common Areas
- The living room overlooks the lawn and the pool. It has a seating arrangement for 8-10 people.
- Pool size: 20ft x 12ft with a depth of 4ft. Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children.

Kitchen
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
-  Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
- Crockery is available for 15 people.

FOOD
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
- All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.                           
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS 
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES 
Promising to be a serene getaway amidst the blissful hills of Lonavala, this holiday home is all things relaxing. Within the property, guests can begin their day with lazy morning strolls in the private gardens. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. 

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- Karaoke can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.

Home Truths
- The caretaker and his family stay in the villa. They have a room with separate access. There is no separate kitchen for the caretaker, however, utensils will be different.
- The last stretch to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged by unfavourable weather. 
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
-  Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

Guest Access
- Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces , except for the kitchen.

- Famous eateries include German Bakery, Rama Krishna, Kinara Dhaba, Sunny Da Dhaba, etc.

Getting Around & Transportation
- The local market is at a distance of 3 km.
- Distance from Pune International Airport- Approx. 74 km
- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand- Approx. 2 km
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station- Approx. 2 km 
Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa as this property has ample amount of parking space.

Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
