Includes AC, WiFi, karaoke, a sound system, balconies on the first and second floor, and a table tennis setup on the second floor.
There is a separate dining area.

KITCHEN 
Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes. 
It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

LAWN 
There is a 2400 sq. ft lawn along with a separate section for al fresco dining that is perfect for intimate gatherings. 
There also sits an open garden with a sit-out space.

POOL
There is a private outdoor pool. 
The pool is 12.5ft x 30ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. 
- A barbecue is available at an additional cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Al fresco dining can be available at no additional cost. 
- Table tennis, carrom and board games can be accessed at no additional cost.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
