BEDROOMS
- There are 5 bedrooms at this property - 3 on the ground floor, 2 on the first.
- All bedrooms are air-conditioned & offer a plethora of amenities including a comfortable king size bed, wardrobes, hangers, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms.
- Each of the bedrooms open up to a balcony with a garden view on the ground floor and an exhilarating hill-view on the first.
- All the bedrooms are equipped with an extra single bed.

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 attached bathrooms at the property.
- All bathrooms offer boilers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious yet homely  living room on the ground floor of the property.
- This space offers comfortable seating for up to 13 people and is equipped with a TV, portable music system and Wi-Fi access.
- Please note that the living room is not air-conditioned.
- There is a separate dining room offering comfortable seating for up to 10 people, also equipped with Wi-Fi.
- The games area is equipped with a pool table, foosball table, carrom board & various other indoor games to have a memorable time with your friends and family.
- The exteriors of this charming villa boast sprawling green lawns overlooking beautiful mountainscapes that cover an area of about 40,000 sq. ft. with ample comfortable seating as well as a quaint gazebo.
- It also features a private swimming pool 25x20 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
- Guests have access to the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster & a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD

- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available 24/7. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Within the property, guests can take a peaceful walk by the lush garden and embrace the beauty of the view around. There are a myriad of indoor games like foosball, carrom, pool etc. that are available at the property for guests to enjoy & have a memorable time with their loved ones. For guests who love adventures or want some time to connect with nature, there are a number of forts and beaches nearby for guests to explore. This villa is near the Great Escape Water park, which would make a great one-day picnic spot for you & your family.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.  
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The living room is not equipped with an air conditioner.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Vasai is an untouched coastal space in the heart of Mumbai. Fresh air, calm environment and nostalgic smell of the ocean makes this an ideal place for all those travelers looking for some peaceful place to sit back and relax. This is just one and a half-hour drive away from Mumbai. So, we'd suggest you take an exciting road trip here. Or you could also head here by catching the Mumbai Local. This laid-back countryside is minutes away from the amusement and water parks, forts and a bunch of beaches.
So, while you’re enjoying your royal stay at this property, here are a few activities we recommend doing to make your stay even more memorable.
- Take a day trip to Great Escape Water Park (19.2km)
- Take a calming walk at Uttan Beach (29.1 km)
- Visit Vasai Fort (19.6km )

Getting Around:
- Distance from Mumbai Airport - 41.3 km.
- Distance from Juchandra Railway Station - 10 km.
- Distance from Golani Naka Bus Stand - 6 km.
- Distance from Janta Super Mart - 3 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- The pool is only accessible between 7AM to 10PM. Guests are requested to adhere to these timings.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
