Customised with wood, the ground floor living room has a very comfy and warm atmosphere. 
The space offers a TV, a sofa that can seat up to 10 people, and a music system to keep you entertained.

POOL 
The villa has an outdoor swimming pool, which can be accessed till 10 PM and can be heated up at an additional cost of 5,000 per session.
Enjoy the time in the pool which is 30 x 15 ft. in size, and 4 ft. in depth. unwinding and soaking up the peace and tranquillity around.

LAWN & GAZEBO 
There is a beautiful lawn sprawled across 5000 sq. ft. at the back of the villa with seating arrangements.
Guests are welcome to play their favourite sport or have a picnic under the vibrant sky.
The gazebo placed on the lawn, makes the perfect backyard nest to elevate the high-tea experience.

BAR AREA
The petite bar near the pool is the best place to flaunt your mixology skills and take a seat back to relax.

GAMES ROOM

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be availed by guests at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- The pool can be heated up at an additional cost of Rs 5,000 per session. Guests need to inform 48 hours in advance in case they want to avail of this feature. The pool will not be heated on the spot. 
- A driver can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per person, per day. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- All male groups have to pay a security deposit before their stay.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
