You can’t help but notice the art pieces and furniture that make the passages of this peaceful nest look no less than an art gallery in the bylanes of Tokyo. The lack of TVs means the stage is set to unplug from the virtual world and reconnect with the physical one. Beyond this luxurious home, you'll find ducks to feed at the Dhokawade Pond a five-minute drive away. Spend afternoons moseying around the quaint streets of Alibaug, finding delicious authentic culinary spots or dine at Boardwalk by Flamboyante which is a dreamy spot to spend the evening with the beautiful view as your background. 

And when you’re done exploring, you can return to Hana Mizu, open a bottle of wine in the garden as the kids splash away in the pool – it’s the perfect way to end your holiday.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- If the word ‘zen’ was to be personified, this effortless artistic home would definitely lend itself to help you experience tranquillity to the fullest.
- Set amidst greenery, there are a total of 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. 
- With minimal and comfortable furnishings, the bedrooms are decked with amenities such as a comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, air-conditioners and separate seating areas in 3 of the rooms that serve as a quaint corner to read a book as you sip your morning tea.
- All the rooms are decked with a queen-sized bed except 1 room on the first floor that comes with twin beds.
- Surrounded by nothing but nature, some of the bedrooms of this home offer french doors that open up to spacious balconies.
- The master suite on the ground floor offers an ensuite bathroom. Apart from this, there are 2 common bathrooms - 1 on the ground floor & 1 on the first floor.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms at the property - 1 ensuite & 2 common.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- Bang in the heart of nature in the coastal town of Alibaug, Hanamizu has so much to offer it's hard to know where to start. 
- This idyllic coastal mix continues to the insides of this home.
- As you enter this home, it almost feels like driving into a sanctuary with the elegance and calm that each corner of this blissful home oozes.
- Walk into this retreat and you will discover a multitude of recreational spaces including a yoga room, an expansive lawn, and multiple common areas.
- The living and dining room is complete with seating for about 10 people and an 8-seater dining area that is perfect for an entertaining evening with your loved ones.
- The living room is equipped with a TV, tower cooler, Wi-Fi, and unrestricted access to nature.
- This pool is 70 x 30 ft. in size with a 4.5 ft. depth.
- There is an open garden with a sit-out space that serves as the perfect bonfire & barbecue spot.
                    
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. Trained and responsible caretakers are present at all times to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests may take a peaceful walk, light up a cosy bonfire or relish a delicious & hearty barbecue on the spacious green lawn. There is a seating space set under the canopy of lush trees and gazebos where guests can sip on their favourite beverages or enjoy an al-fresco meal by the pool.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000.
- Guests can use the washing machine at no additional cost.
- An iron can be made available at an additional cost.
- The library and indoor games present at the property can be used by the guests at no additional cost.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The location of this villa is secluded.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all electrics for up to 10 hours.
- Mobile networks like Jio/Vi/Airtel work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretakers stay on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

An ideal getaway from the city’s chaotic life, Alibaug shares its boundaries with the magnificent Arabian Sea. It is most commonly known for its sea forts, virgin beaches, black sand, mouthwatering seafood and a myriad of adventurous water sports. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

- Distance from Mumbai Airport - 120 km.
- Distance from Panvel Railway Station - 80 km.
- Distance from Alibaug Bus Stand - 15 km.
- Distance from Thall Market - 4 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
