Begin your day with a calming cup of tea on the patio of the bedrooms where the endless view of the farms and the glistening waters greet you. One can then head over to the farms and take a stroll through the plantations and learn about the culture. Close to Sula Vineyards and York Vineyards, Harvest Haven is perfect for wine lovers who want to explore and taste some of the best wines of the country. For the adventurous, the MTDC boat club is close by and one can hop on for a boat ride. After a day filled with exploration, head back to your retreat and jump into the shimmering pool that lets you wash off all the tiredness. Head over to the Machan where one can enjoy a beautiful candlelight dinner with the views of the sprawling farms and the reflection of stars on the pool.

LIVING ROOM

The dining area can accommodate 8 people easily. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the villa kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, and toaster.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

VIEWING DECK
The machan offers a chic sanctuary for enjoying endless views of the farms and the glistening pool. 
An alfresco dining set up can be arranged for 8-10 people. 

POOL 
There is a private outdoor pool along with a deck that can accommodate 8 people at a time. 
The pool is 30 ft x 15 ft in size with depth of 4.5 ft. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1500 per session.
- Amenities such as indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS AND HOUSE RULES

- Outside food is strictly prohibited.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 20 KVA genset can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet at a security deposit of Rs. 5000. 
Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
