This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS
There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common washroom. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
The home opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor, cloaked in the soothing hues of browns and whites. 
The drawing room is thoughtfully designed and furnished with plush sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 6 people.
It does not include an AC but is equipped with amenities such as a portable music system, TV and Wi-Fi.

DINING AREA 
The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor. 
It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and is equipped with an AC. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery are available.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Outside food is not allowed. 

LAWN 
Step outside and you will be greeted with expansive gardens, spreading far and wide, ideal for a leisurely stroll. 
The lawn is 10,000 sq. ft. in size and features a variety of plants and trees. 

POOL 
Guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the private swimming pool. 
The pool is 35x15 ft. in size and 4.2 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised when in or around the pool. 
Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. 

TERRACE
Head over to the terrace and savour the beautiful views that surround the holiday home.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
- A barbecue meal can be available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet at an additional charge. 
A security deposit of Rs. 5000 will be collected at the time of check-in. 
Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

- This is a pet-friendly property. This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker and host stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
