BEDROOM 2

BEDROOM 4
- This is a cosy room for extra adults that opens to a balcony with a forest view on the second floor.
- The room is equipped with a king-sized bed, heater, wardrobe, fireplace, and an extra king-size mattress.
- The room comes with a shared bathroom that boasts a geyser and solar for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
- With cosy wooden interiors and a welcoming atmosphere, the living room is on the ground floor of the property.
- The living room offers a cornucopia of amenities such as TV, WiFi, heater, and plush-style sofas that can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. 

DINING AREA
- Walking through the cosy living room invites you to the dining area that can seat up to 6 people.
- It is not equipped with a TV or AC. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen for cooking.
- The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

BATHROOMS (Private/Shared)
- There are a total of 3 bathrooms with one attached and two common.
- The bathrooms boast a geyser for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests' convenience.

LAWN
- Nestled by the Himalayas, the lawn serves as a space for relaxation and entertainment with its charm and lush greenery.
- Take your morning cup of tea while absorbing the forest view with its spacious seating arrangement that accommodates up to 4 people.

BALCONIES
|- Offering a magnificent view of the Himalayas, the balcnoy on the ground floor can accommodate up to 8 people.
- It also offers the perfect spot to enjoy some BBQ and bonfire delights.
- There are two balconies on the first floor, which also includes a standalone balcony offering breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains.

The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

One can sit in the cosy nooks and balconies of this villa along with their favourite book and relax. Guests can also go for a trek in the nearby areas or take a tour of the orchard to learn about the cultivation and harvesting techniques. Don’t forget to savour the apples, plums, and peaches of Mukteshwar. End your day by having a candlelight dinner under the glistening sky with your loved ones. This abode offers a myriad of experiences including a bonfire or barbecue at the guests' request, providing you with a boxful of memories to take back home.

ADD-ON SERVICES

- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.

- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.

- Bonfire setup can be provided at an extra charge of Rs. 1500 per session.

- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

- A scenic trek can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1000

- Guests can avail of a candlelight dinner setup for an additional cost of Rs. 1000. Please note that this cost does not cover the price of the dinner itself.

- Amenities such as the fireplace, torch, iron, and clothes dryer can be accessed for no extra charge.

- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
