This is a blissful getaway lodged amidst verdant greenery and ample experiences. Days here begin with a beautiful morning walk in the gardens, whilst your loved ones enjoy a game of tennis on the turf. The many indoor spaces make for ideal hangout spots. Come evening, head over to the private swimming pool for a relaxing soak whilst you savour the serene landscapes around. During the winter, the jacuzzi is at your disposal. The lounging space makes for an ideal hang-out spot. Head over to the designated games room and indulge in an evening of gaming. Snuggle with a book to read in the gazebo. Request for the projector to be set up and end the day with a night of binging your favourite movies.

DINING AREA

It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

BATHROOMS
There are 4 ensuite bathrooms. 
All are equipped with geysers, hairdryer, towels, and essential toiletries.

KITCHEN
Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. 
It is equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, mixer-grinder, crockery, and cutlery. 
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

LAWNS
Embark on a journey through cosy nooks, a blissful gazebo, and unparalleled serenity. 
The property boasts sprawling gardens, adorned with a gazebo seating up to 12 people. 

POOL & JACUZZI
Revel in the massive private swimming pool, 50x50 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. 
Adjacent to it, is the poolside bar for enjoying favourite cocktails. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
