Idyll Hills promises you all that - along with having a spectrum of indoor, leisure amenities such as karaoke, a range of board games and a pool table - the list of experiences here is quite literally endless. Boasting contemporary indoor spaces and a lounging space that makes for a snug hangout spot, this luxurious villa is all things fun and relaxing.

This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. 

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- The home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. 
- Each bedroom is equipped with a spectrum of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access and wardrobe.
- All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom equipped with the equipped essentials. 
- Both bedrooms on the first floor open up to an attached balcony that offers a refreshing breeze and beautiful panoramas. 
- 2 bedrooms offer a TV. 
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room by the poolside. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area and a bathtub is offered in one of the bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS
- This luxurious abode boasts an array of elegant grand open spaces, each carefully designed and embellished with lavish furnishings.
- The home opens up to a spacious drawing room on the ground floor that is furnished with plush sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 10 people. 
- It is equipped with a TV, music system, Wi-Fi and a CCTV camera for security purposes. The large windows welcome a refreshing breeze. 
- The dining area is a component of the living room and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is equipped with a TV. 
- Guests can spend quality time with their loved ones in the designated games room that features a plethora of indoor games including pool table, chess, ludo and cards. It also has a karaoke setup.
- Make your way to the basement, and find yourself in your own private haven featuring a private indoor swimming pool, 15x15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. 
- The poolside lounging area makes for an ideal hangout spot, and features L-shaped sofa-style seating arrangements. 
- Head upstairs to the private terrace that overlooks the serene surroundings of Panchgani. 
- The exteriors of the property feature a beautiful garden along with gazebos and ample seating arrangements.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Meals will be prepared by the villa staff
- A barbecue can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 9 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. 

ACTIVITIES
Promising to be a serene getaway in the hillocks of Panchgani, this luxurious holiday home has everything you would have ever wanted and more! Within the property, guests can begin their day with a lazy stroll on the garden, amidst the lush greenery. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards, ludo and chess. Put on your best singing voices and enjoy an evening of karaoke. Reserve the evening for a relaxing dip in the indoor swimming pool. Relish delectable meals by the pool. Devour an elaborate barbecue spread around the bonfire. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
- Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
- Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The parking space is located outside the villa. 
- The stay is a part of a gated community.
- Even though this is a wheelchair-friendly property, there are 2 small steps that lead up to the villa. Assistance for the same can be provided. One room is on the ground floor. 
- Given the refreshing breeze around the property, the drawing area is not equipped with an AC.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances except for the geyser and AC for up to 8 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

A town originally discovered as a summer resort, Panchgani has come a long way. Now well-renowned as the tourists’ favourite hill station, it is a paradise, famous for its sunrise and sunset points. Sitting amidst five-hills of the Sahyadris, it is a great hilly spot for those who love to spend time outdoors. - Distance from Pune Airport - 150 km.
- Distance from Satara Railway Station - 35 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
