Welcome to Ishva Bungalow, a charming haven in Kolkata where each moment is filled with excitement and comfort. Within the villa, guests can make use of the indoor and outdoor games offered. One can begin their mornings by taking a peaceful stroll on the lush and well-manicured garden. Yoga sessions are a must when you have such a sprawling lawn. Enjoy a breakfast in the dining area while you watch kids get excited for taking a dip in the swimming pool right next to it. Take a tranquil dip in the sprawling swimming pool, where the crystal-clear waters mirror the cerulean skies. The villa is dotted with many cosy corners such as the balcony and is ideal for unwinding with a book or having a chat with your loved ones. Head out and explore this vibrant city of Kolkata. As the sun begins to descend, conclude your day by the bonfire.

 BATHROOMS
- There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
- The common bathroom is beside the outdoor swimming pool.
- All bathrooms have geysers for hot water, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
- The living room unfolds an experience of luxury and fun with direct access to the outdoor pool and lawn.
- It has amenities such as an AC, Smart TV, WiFi, fan, mosquito repellent, a wired home theater music system & an Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speaker.
- The living room can accommodate 10-12  people with sofa-style seating.

DINING AREA 
- The dining area is part of the living area and provides a communal experience to enjoy culinary delights. 
- The dining area can accommodate 8 people and has an AC. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water filter, microwave cum OTG, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery. 
- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

BALCONY
- Showcasing a beautiful and grand view of the lawn, the balcony is on the first floor - and has direct access from bedroom 5.
- The balcony can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people.

LAWN
- This is a well-manicured lawn with lush greenery and tiny flowers dotted with 30-40 - people seating capacity.

POOL
- There is a private outdoor pool, 20x25 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. It has a common bathroom for the guest's convenience.
- There is also poolside seating for 10-12 people and the pool is accessible from 7 AM to 9 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A cook can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per meal for Lunch and Dinner. Groceries will be charged as per actuals.
- Breakfast and Hi-Tea will be complimentary. 
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at no additional cost. However, materials will be charged on actuals. 
- Extra floor mattresses, up to 2 single beds, can be availed at no additional cost.
- Staff accommodation is available for 2 people with basic meals at no additional cost. 
- Amenities such as badminton, indoor games, torches, iron, and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge.
- Use of the indoor Alexa-enabled speaker with Bluetooth connectivity at no extra charge.
- Enjoy karaoke at no additional cost.
- There is a Rs. 200 entry fee for private cars at The Vedic Village, which includes parking. Commercial vehicles have free entry.

- Accommodation is available for a maximum of 12 guests aged 12 and above and 2 children under 12.
- This is a pure vegetarian property. 

- Please note that lunch will not be provided at the property. 

- All guests need to provide their ID 24 hours prior to their arrival for security purposes.
- Visitors are not allowed at the property. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the Vedic village power backup can support all the lights & fans for up to 6 hours. 
- There is a Rs. 200 entry fee for private cars at The Vedic Village, which includes parking. Commercial vehicles have free entry.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays in the staff room and is available till 11 PM.
-  Guests are advised to stay cautious of any bugs due to the villa location.
- The stay is part of a gated society.
- The villa is in a secluded location.
- Alcohol consumption in moderation by adults is allowed in the villa. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- If the Vedic Village association / management does not allow private villas to be let out or rejects the guest IDs, the booking will be cancelled.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
