This room is well-equipped with an additional foldable bed, AC, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom for your convenience.
It opens up to a verandah that also features a swing.

BEDROOM 2

BATHROOMS
There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom - on the ground floor.
Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. 

LIVING ROOM
Set on the ground floor, this lavish room offers a delightful ambiance for coming together with your dear ones and indulging in heartfelt conversations.
It is well-equipped with amenities, including an AC, a TV and music system for entertainment, and  Wi-Fi.
It offers sofa-style seating that can accommodate up to 10 people.

DINING AREA
The indoor dining area on the first floor can seat up to 8 people, offering a cosy setting for meals. It is equipped with an AC. 
For a delightful outdoor dining experience, guests have the option to dine al fresco in the gazebo or near the patio.

KITCHEN
Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes only.
It is equipped with an oven, microwave, electric kettle, gas stove, water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GAZEBO
The property includes a charming gazebo situated right next to the pool area, providing a cosy spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Furnished with comfy sofas, this place can seat up to 8 people.
On the premises, there is also a machan, an ideal spot for kids to set up camp and relish the enchanting moonlit skies.

POOL
The property boasts a beautiful blue pool that serves as a striking contrast to the lush green surroundings, providing a refreshing oasis for guests.
It is 30x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM.

LAWN
This beautiful lawn with a valley view perfectly complements the equally stunning abode, enhancing the overall charm of the property.
It offers an ideal space for a range of activities, including morning strolls, and various outdoor activities.
It spreads up to an area of about 1000 sq.ft. and can seat up to 4 people.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per use.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 5 KVA inverter can support 1 light and 1 fan in each space for up to 3 hours. Alternatively, there is a 25 KVA generator too for power backup.
- Mobile networks like Airtel and Jio have limited connectivity here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- The stay is part of a gated society.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available till 10 PM.
- Guests are requested to be aware of bugs and insects provided the location of the property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
