The bicycle at the property that one can use to explore the greenery around the property.  For those inclined to explore, Lonavala offers a plethora of attractions just a stone's throw away. DINING AREA
Overlooking the beautiful views of the garden and pool, the dining area in the living room is a tranquil space to enjoy culinary delights.
It can accommodate 8 people comfortably and is equipped with an AC.

KITCHEN
- Guests can only use the kitchen for reheating purposes.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

TERRACE
The villa is crowned by a massive terrace that overlooks the sweeping vistas of the surrounding greenery.

JACUZZI & STEAM ROOM
In the basement of the villa, one can refresh themselves in the soothing waters of the jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 4 people at a time.
A separate steam room is also offered in the basement that can accommodate 2 people at a time.

PLUNGE POOL
This is a private plunge pool on the first floor where guests can take a replenishing dip in the backdrop of Lonavala.
The pool is 12 ft x 5 ft in size with access from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Guests can make use of the Society turf for outdoor games, common swimming pool at no extra charge, based on availability.
- Guests can use the Bicycle available at the property at no extra charge.
- Guests can use the society garden attached to the villa with a water fountain, subject to availability.
- Guests can make use of the jacuzzi and steam room at no extra charge.
- Amenities such as the washing machine, indoor games, mosquito repellent, torches, medical kits, and iron can be availed at no extra cost.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
