Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. 

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
Creating a warm and cosy ambience, this lounge area sets the perfect stage for gathering with your loved ones.
This room is equipped with Wi-Fi access, a TV, a sound system, and a cosy fireplace, ensuring guests' comfort and entertainment during their stay.
The dining area is a part of the living area.

KITCHEN
Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

POOL 
The outdoor pool is undoubtedly the highlight of the property, and it also comes with a baby pool.
It measures 20x10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. The baby pool measures 12x10ft. in size and 2.5 ft. in depth.

LAWN 
Another appealing feature of the property is its sprawling lawn.
It provides a charming space for relaxation and outdoor activities.

MEDITATION ROOM
A serene oasis within the villa, the meditation room boasts soft, ambient lighting and plush floor cushions.
These warm interiors invite tranquillity and inner reflection amidst lush surroundings.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs. 2000 for a duration of 1 hour.
- Guests can avail of expert-led yoga sessions for an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per person.
- Guests can also pre-book meditation sessions for a cost of Rs. 2500 per person.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- All-male groups will be levied a security deposit of Rs. 10,000 at the time of booking the property.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
