All four rooms on the ground floor have attached bathrooms for the convenience of guests.

One powder room is also available on the ground floor. 

LIVING ROOM 
Enter this charming home's doors to find a ground-floor living area that is both spacious and modern, exuding a bohemian vibe.
The space is furnished with a 2-3 seater sofa, 2 single seater chairs, AC, music system and fireplace.

DINING AREA 
Separate from the living room, there is a sizable dining space. Large groups of eight people can easily eat together here.
Guests can take in the lawn view as they dine on a sumptuous feast.

KITCHEN
The ground floor has a chic modular kitchen and an attached pantry. Guests may have access to the kitchen at an additional cost.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, water purifier and mixer, crockery and cutlery.

VERANDAH 
The elaborate verandah has several seating arrangements for everyone to come together and sip on some refreshing beverages.
Situated close to the swimming pool, the verandah is designed to look like an oasis to laze around and let loose.

SWIMMING POOL 
The villa's wonderfully created outdoor pool with seating area surrounding it is a prominent feature.
The pool is 30x16 ft ft. in size and 4-5 ft. in-depth and can be accessed from 7 AM - 10 PM.
The seating deck next to the pool is placed under the shades of the house and has beach beds to take a break.

LAWN
The green lawn, made of natural grass caters to people of all ages to relax while admiring the beautiful surroundings.
The lawn hosts games for both children and adults, as well as being an ideal location for barbecues and picnics.
Kids can retreat to the trampoline in the backyard as parents occupy themselves during high-tea.

POND
The water installation in the backyard creates a sense of calmness and makes a quiet romantic spot at the property.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- A bonfire can be requested by guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1000+ taxes for raw materials.
- An external DJ can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 14,000 excluding taxes.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen to make meals. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

POLICIES
The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
