The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.
- AC, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- The 3 rooms on the first and second floor have balconies.

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and 1 common powder room.
- All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room on the ground floor seats up to 5 people.
- It has a music system, AC, TV and Wi-Fi.
- The dining room seats up to 6 people.
- The shared pool is 4 ft deep and can be used from 9 AM to 6 PM.

KITCHEN
-  Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, water purifier, toaster, refrigerator, mixer-grinder, electric kettle and a microwave.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Guests can also eat out at nearby restaurants like Calamari Bathe & Binge, Cafe Chocolatti, Bomra’s, De Candolim Deck Restaurant & Bar, Cafe Coffee Day, Cohiba Bar & Kitchen, Republic of Noodles, Siddhu Family Restaurant, Fat Panda Chinese Kitchen, Arthur’s Theme and SouthI.
- A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability.
- The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker will be present at certain times at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for one member of your personal staff at an additional cost.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play board games.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This property is not suitable for pets or guests who use wheelchairs.
- Please note that there is no full-time caretaker available at the property. There is a manager available from 9am - 6pm everyday and the cleaning and housekeeping would be done once a day before 12 noon.
- The swimming pool is shared between multiple units.
- In case of a power outage, power backup is not available.
- Parking space for your car is available outside the villa.
- Wi-Fi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. The range is only limited to the living room, and not accessible in the bedrooms. 
- Please note, the swimming pool is shared, and not private to the villa.

Known for its pristine touch and variety of amusement options around, Candolim is a small town located close to Baga, located on the shores of Arabian Sea. The white sandy beach of Candolim attracts a large number of tourists to enjoy various water activities like parasailing, bump rides, catamaran sailing, banana rides, windsurfing and more. So while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at Jia Candolim, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

Getting Around:
- Distance from Goa International Airport - 40 km.
- Distance from Thivim Railway Station - 20 km.
- Distance from Candolim Beach Bus Stand - 350 m.
- Distance from Candolim Market - 450 m.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Drinking is not allowed in or around the pool.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- It is mandatory for all guests to carry their RT-PCR negative test reports, conducted within 72 hours of the check-in date.
- All-male groups are not allowed. 

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
