- There are 1 attached bathroom and 2 common bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
- This living room on the ground floor is adorned with regional showpieces and beautiful decor.
- It has a sofa that can seat up to 8 people in one go.

- Guests can use the common washroom on the ground floor for convenience.

DINING AREA

- This dining area is separate from the living room.

- It can accommodate up to 6 people in one sitting.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

POOL
- There is an outdoor pool 27ft x 14 ft in size and 4.5 in depth for guests to enjoy a refreshing dip.
- The pool is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 5000 per session.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
