This area is equipped with indulging games like carrom and table tennis along with snug sofa seating.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
LAWN 
There is a 400 sq. ft lawn. 
There is an open space with a sit-out area.
POOL 
There is a private infinity pool. 
The pool is 20 ft x 25 ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.
ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. 
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 3000 per session.
- A projector setup is available at an additional charge of Rs.10000.
- For recreational activities indoor & board games are available. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
- This property is a part of a gated community.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

PET POLICY
-Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. 
-Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
-In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
-Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
-As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
-Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
-Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

The jewel of the Sahyadri mountains, Lonavala, is a hill station located in the western part of the state of Maharashtra. The weather in lonavala is pleasant during summers, while winters are cool and it gets heavy rainfall between June and September.

Lonavala comes to life during the monsoon's as it turns lush green with waterfalls and ponds. It is famous for the hard candy sweet known as chikki and also for chocolate fudge.
