The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 8 bedrooms spread across 3 units - 4 on the ground floor of the main villa, 3 on the ground floor of the outhouse and 1 on the first floor of the adjoining unit to the main villa.
- All rooms offer amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, attached bathrooms and attached patios/balcony with seating arrangements are offered in all rooms.
- 7 rooms have king-sized beds and 1 room has twin beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 8 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms in the villa. 
- All bathrooms have dressing mirrors, geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the main villa. It offers sofa-style seating for up to 12 people. 
- It is equipped with Wi-Fi, AC, TV, pool table, wired music system and CCTV cameras. 
- There are 2 bookshelves in the living room for all the readers. 
- There is a separate dining area on the ground floor of the main villa. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
- Next to the living room is a steam and sauna room. Guests can avail these facilities at an additional cost.
- There is a sprawling 3000 sq. ft. lawn with an attached gazebo and benches. It can seat up to 10 people. 
- The villa has a private swimming pool, 22x70ft. in size and 5ft. in depth. 
- A kids’ pool and a jacuzzi along with pool loungers are attached to the pool. There is a private pond next to the pool.
- Guests can enjoy their favourite drinks by the poolside bar counter. 
- Next to the pool is a gym with attached showers, separate for men and women.
- There is an organic vegetable garden in the villa. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed but consumption and reheating is allowed in disposables.

FOOD
- All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Ordering non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female and 1 male staff member at no additional cost. The staff members will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the massive swimming pool, bask in the sun while on the pool loungers and enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. Unwind in the steam and sauna room. Play indoor games like pool, cards and ludo or pick up a book to read and snuggle with in a nook. Take a peaceful walk on the lawn and have delightful conversations. Soak in the fresh breeze while in the gazebo. Workout in the in-house gym. Enjoy your favourite cocktails by the poolside bar. Relish a sumptuous barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. Relax by the pond and soak in the blissful views.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- The steam room and sauna room can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 each, for a duration of one hour. 
- The washing machine can be use used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per load.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per session.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- Guests are advised not to go very far from the villa. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living area for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Construction is in progress near the property and hence guests may experience some disturbance.

It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.

- Distance from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport - 98 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 12 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 6 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Market - 5 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
