The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms and 1 glass-room - 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. 
- 2 rooms have queen-size beds while 1 room has a double bed. 
- Curtains are provided in the glass room to assure privacy and shade. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living area seats 6 people comfortably. 
- The dining area seats 6 people. 
- There are two lawns in the villa and can accommodate up to 30 people.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave and water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for 30 people.
- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.

FOOD
- All meals are available at an additional cost.
- Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Kinara Dhaba, Swagat Restaurant and Ramakrishna Hotel.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.500 per person, per day, excluding meals and taxes.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a peaceful read, play games like carrom, cards, ludo or badminton. Guests can also take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of a power outage, power back up is available in the villa. 
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Footwears are not allowed in the villa.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
