The Space:
Let us walk you through the space.

BEDROOMS
- There are 5 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 in the outhouse.
- AC, TV and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have king-sized beds, wardrobes and bedside tables.
- The 2 rooms on the first floor share a balcony with lake views.

BATHROOMS
- There are 6 bathrooms - 5 attached, 1 common.
- All bathrooms have geysers and towels.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 15 people and has AC, TV and a music system.
- The dining room seats up to 8 people and has AC and TV.
- The first floor balcony is common to 2 rooms and seats up to 10 people.
- The pool is 30x15 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. There is also a baby pool and gazebo.
- There is a small garden for children with swings and slides.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Guests can use it for reheating purposes under the caretaker's supervision.
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, water purifier, refrigerator, microwave and mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- All meals are priced at Rs.1800 for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, per person, per day.
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Guests may also eat at nearby restaurants like The Oven, Hotel Lohagadh Darshan, Waterhole Family Garden Restaurant and Hotel Pawna Lake View.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play in the garden. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa’s location is a bit secluded.
- There are 14 CCTV cameras that capture the common areas.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours. 
- Two rooms are in the outhouse.
-  We are unable to offer WiFi here.
-  Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- The barbecue kit is available at Rs. 1000 for one-time usage. Material cost to be borne by guests.
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Food and drinks are not allowed in and around the pool.
- Any damage caused by pets will have to be borne by the guests.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
