There are 4 attached bathrooms in the villa.
All bathrooms have geysers for hot water, towels, and basic toiletries. 

LIVING ROOMS
Located on both the ground and first floors, these identical living rooms provide the ideal environment for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Each of these spaces offers amenities such as  AC, a heater, a TV, Wi-Fi for connectivity, and a seating area accommodating up to 6 people.
They also feature cosy kitchenettes.

DINING AREAS
Both dining areas are seamlessly integrated into the living rooms on both floors, offering a cosy setting for shared meals. 
Each can comfortably seat up to 4 people.

KITCHENETTES
Guests have access to the villa kitchenettes for reheating purposes only.
It is equipped with all reheating essentials, a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

LAWN & BACKYARD
There is a well-manicured lawn and backyard, wrapping around the premises and harmoniously blending with the natural surroundings.
Offering a serene and picturesque environment for guests, one can stroll around or engage in some fun outdoor activities here.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. 
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
-Guests will need to pay a security deposit ranging from Rs. 5,000 to 20,000. However, during the occasion of an event, the security deposit will increase accordingly.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
