BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms - both on the first floor. 
- Both rooms offer king-sized beds, heaters, attached bathroom and attached balconies. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, 2 common. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 10 people. 
- It offers a TV and Wifi.
- There is a CCTV camera installed for security purposes. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and it seats 7 people. 
- There are balconies with seating. 
- There is a lawn with seating for up to 10 people. 

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water purifier, a toaster, a mixer-grinder and a refrigerator.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Please note that the meal package will include lunch, high tea, dinner, and breakfast.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
- Jain meals are available upon request.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staffs at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per person, per day, excluding meals.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy playing guitar. Indoor games like cards, ludo, chess, carrom and dart are available. Guests can step out for a game of badminton. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All-male groups are allowed with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 8,000.
- This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs. 
- There are CCTV cameras installed near the entrance, lawn, kitchen, and the caretaker’s area for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans in both rooms for up to 8-10 hours. 
- Heaters can be provided on demand. 
- The accommodation for the personal staff will be arranged in the outhouse. 
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Guests are advised to exercise caution as the last 400 meters leading up to the villa are steep and slightly non-paved due the villa being  situated in a mountainous area.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Barbecue can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.2000 per day. Groceries would be charged as per actuals.
- Iron can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 200/- per day. 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000/-
- Washing machine can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 300/- per load.
- A fixed caretaker charge of Rs.500 per night will be levied on all guests booking the property. Guests can pay for the same at the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 11 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Eatables are not allowed in the bedrooms. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- All-male groups are allowed with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 8,000.
