There are 4 attached bathrooms. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

There is a spacious living room situated on the first floor of the villa.
Include heater, TV, WI-Fi, and a CCTV camera for security purposes. 
There is a separate dining area.

KITCHEN
Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. 
It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

LAWN
There is a spacious lawn outside the villa that is perfect for outdoor games and intimate gatherings. 
It can seat up to 20 people at any given time. 
There is an open garden with a sit-out space.

POOL
There is a private pool. 
The pool is 25ft x 12ft with a depth of 3.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- The kitchen can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs 500, per day. 
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 1500, per session.

- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 700, per pet. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
