All bathrooms have geysers for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests comfort.

Connected through a beautiful stairway, the living room is adorned with textured stone walls and wooden flooring that radiate serenity. 
Enveloped by a wrap around balcony and window panes, it invites warm sunlight and provides glimpses of the blooming mountains. 
The handpicked wooden sofas can accommodate 10 people and offers amenities such as pool table, AC, WiFi and heater.

LAWN 1

The expansive seating area of the lawn can accommodate up to 15 people comfortably.

DINING AREA
The elegant dining room with reclaimed wooden flooring and majestic window panes showcases panoramic mountain views.
It can comfortably accommodate 8 people, where guests can enjoy the culinary delights curated by the chef. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.
- Consumption of non-veg food is allowed.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A bonfire setup can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per session.
- We can provide staff accommodation at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per night.  
- Amenities such as indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
