StayVista at Long Walk

A bright and beautiful villa far from the madding crowds, Long Walk Vista is the perfect hideout for you and your loved ones to get away to. Tea plantations all around, a little stream to mark the boundary, great hikes, lovely views and huge lawns make this an ideal spot. Thanks to the generous outdoor space, guests can enjoy games such as cricket, football, archery and badminton. As for the villa - it is tastefully done up with all rooms having king-sized beds and attached bathrooms, spacious common areas, and all the modern amenities for utmost comfort. The verdant surroundings are sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated! This villa is ideal for up to eleven guests. If yours is a bigger group, you may consider booking the adjacent villa Yellow Tulip Vista as well.

Space:
Let me walk you through the villa:

BEDROOMS: 
- There are 4 bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
- Heaters are available in all the bedrooms.
- Attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. 
- All bedrooms have queen size beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request. 

BATHROOMS: 
- There are 4 bathrooms - all attached. 
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS: 
- The living room is spacious and offers seating for 10 people. 
- It offers a TV.
- There are 2 lawns with accommodation for up to 25 people.
- Events can be organised at an additional cost, on prior notice. 
- There is a games’ room, where indoor games like carrom, monopoly cards, taboo, Pictionary, children’s books and toys are available. Outdoor games like football, badminton and cricket are also available. 

KITCHEN: 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and a water purifier.

FOOD:
- A complimentary breakfast is offered for up to 8 adults.
- Breakfast will be served in the in-house restaurant from 8 am to 10 am only. 
- All other meals can also be provided in the in-house restaurant. 
- All meals can be delivered to the villas at an additional cost. However, extra charges will not be applicable in case of senior citizens.
- Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property. 

COMMON AMENITIES:
- Torch, iron, Wi-Fi
- Power back up, wardrobes, hairdryer
- Medical kit, mosquito repellent 
- Secured parking space for 10 cars
 
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 
- The villa is a part of a resort. There are CCTV cameras installed in the outdoor areas for security purposes.
- Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution as this is a forested area and wildlife may be present in the vicinity.
- Guests are requested to stay away from the electric barriers.
- The villa is a part of a Plastic-Free Zone. Hence, carrying plastic items are strictly prohibited in the villa premises.
- Guests will have to buy alcohol, if needed, from Wine Shops in Tamil Nadu only.
- Trekking is not allowed without prior permission from the host.
- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs. 750 per hour.
- Accommodation for the driver is available in the villa.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and BSNL work fairly well here.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, a charge of Rs. 1000 will be levied per pet. Also, please note as per our pet policy only 1 pet is allowed on the premises.
- Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.
- The last 4 km. leading up to the villa might not be concrete.
- There is one safety locker at the property.

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa.

STAFF ACCOMODATION

We can offer accommodation for 1 male staff free of cost. If more than that, an additional charge of Rs. 1000 will be levied. The staff will be accommodated near the villa in a dormitory.

ADDITIONAL AMINITIES:
- An extra mattress can be provided in all bedrooms at Rs. 1000 + taxes per night.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

HOUSE RULES: 
- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10.30 PM
- Guests are requested to check in the property before it's dark.
- Drinking is allowed on the entire property.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.
- Hookah is not allowed in the villa premises.
- Plastic items are not allowed inside the villa premises.
- All guests have to present valid IDs at the time of check-in
- Pets are not allowed on the beds, cots, and sofas.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
At an altitude of 1930 metres, Coonoor is the second largest hill station in the Nilgiri Hills. A great blend of bustling energy and buzzing marketplaces with quaint ambience, cool temperatures and beautiful, picturesque mountain views. Truly nature’s paradise,  Coonoor is a perfect stop for leisure trips, when you simply want to relax and enjoy your holiday vibe. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at Long Walk Villa, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

- Visit Highfield Tea Estate
- Spend some peaceful time near Wellington Lake

Getting Around:
- Distance from Coimbatore International Airport - 90 km. 
- Distance from Coonoor Railway Station - 18 km.
- Distance from Coonoor Bus Stand - 18 km
- Distance from Sela market - 8 km. 

Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa as this property has ample amount of parking space.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
