Located in one of the most famous hill stations of South India, Lotus Lumiere is a cosy modern abode in the foothills of Coorg. To begin with, a day at this villa is filled with tranquillity and serenity that is complimented by the balcony. Sip a warm cup of coffee or tea from the balcony while looking soaking in the pure and unfiltered air of Coorg. Come afternoon, head out to the nearby coffee estates and learn more about the thriving culture of coffee in India. The property unveils a host of experiences that make your stay at Lotus Lumiere better.

BEDROOM 1
This bedroom on the ground floor is painted in tranquil white hues and paints a beautiful picture to your holiday
It is equipped with a king-size bed, AC, Wi-Fi, a workstation, a spacious wardrobe, and an extra mattress.
This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, towels and basic toiletries.

BEDROOM 2
This bedroom on the first floor is painted in tranquil white hues and opens up to a balcony with a magnificent view.

This is an attic on the second floor with a wooden ladder that leads to this cosy abode. 
It is equipped with a queen-size bed, AC, Wi-Fi, a workstation, a spacious wardrobe, and an extra mattress.
This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, towels and basic toiletries.

BATHROOMS
There are 3 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
There is a living room on the living room featuring upscale furnishings that provide a luxurious touch to your stay.
It offers TV, Wi-Fi, sound system and comfortable seating for 6 people.
There is a dining area that can seat up to 6 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, induction plate, crockery and cutlery.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per person, per day.
- Non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2100 per person, per day.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A coffee plantation tour can be arranged at additional cost. (subject to availability)

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker is available from 7:30 AM to 11 PM.
- This property is a part of a gated community.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we only allow pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per night per pet.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
