BEDROOM 1
This master bedroom on the ground floor opens up to the view of the pool.
It is furnished with an AC, fan, wardrobe, hair dryer, a rollaway bed, mirror and a compact study area.
This room offers an ensuite bathroom which is equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
This master bedroom on the ground floor opens up to the view of the lawn and pool along with easy accessibility to the pool.
It is furnished with an AC, fan, wardrobe, hair dryer, a rollaway bed, mirror and a dressing table.
This room offers an ensuite bathroom which is equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 3
This master bedroom or family room opens up to the view of the lawn.
It is furnished with an AC, fan, wardrobe, hair dryer, extra beds, a roll-away bed, mirror and a dressing table.
This room offers an ensuite bathroom which is equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS
There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom room. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
The lively living room opens up to a veranda with a view and access to the lawn.
It is furnished with an AC, fan, TV, music system and seating arrangements for up to 8 people.

DINING AREA
This dining room is attached to the living room.
It offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people and is equipped with an AC.

LAWN AND GAZEBO
There is a 9000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo to unwind in during the evenings with a warm cuppa. 
It can seat up to 6 people at any given time. 

COURTYARD AND TERRACE
Being an expanded part of the living room, this courtyard opens up to the swimming pool and surroundings.
It offers seating arrangements for up to 2-3 people.
The terrace offers seating arrangements with stunning views of the surroundings.

POOL
There is a private edge pool, 15x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
The villa has a private infinity pool in the same area as the courtyard and has water sheer mechanisms.
The pool can be accessed from 8 AM - 8 PM.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost
- Personal staff accommodation can be arranged at an additional cost on the basis of per person, per night. The meals will cost extra on the basis of per person, per day. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY 

- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we only allow 2 pets at the property.

- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.

- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, blankets, and also in the pool.

- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.

- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.

- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.

- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

- A security deposit of Rs. 5,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
