To begin, the villa's location amidst mangroves sets the tone of a joyous and beautiful stay in Goa. In the mornings, as one wakes to the sounds of chirping birds, head down to the dining area where a lavish breakfast awaits your presence. Within the four walls, the villa has various amenities like indoor games and sound system for enjoying timeless classics. The charm however is the rooftop swimming pool where kids and adults alike will have loads of fun. The villa is close to many major attractions like the Deltin Casino, Church of Our Lady of Hope and the famous Kegdole beach. As the night takes over, enjoy a scrumptious dinner with your loved ones.

It is equipped with a king-sized bed, AC, wardrobe, hangers, Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer.
This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, towels, and basic toiletries.

BATHROOMS
There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. Jacuzzi are offered in all the bathrooms. 

LIVING ROOM 
Exuding Goa’s warm embrace, this living room is bathed in sunlight through its large windows and is surrounded by trees. 
The living room can accommodate up to 8 people and is equipped with TV, AC, WiFi, Patio, sound system and CCTV.

DINING AREA 
The dining area is part of the living room and creates a communal space to enjoy culinary delights. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

POOL 
There is a private rooftop pool overlooking the vibrant landscape, 13 ft x 9 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit is available at an extra cost of Rs. 4000. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
