This bedroom on the ground floor is crafted with wooden flooring and comes with a view of the garden and hills.
It is furnished with a standing fan, TV, AC, wardrobes, and a heater for the guests’ comfort.
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2 

This bedroom on the ground floor is crafted with tile flooring and comes with a view of the garden and hills.
It is furnished with a standing fan, TV, AC, wardrobes, and a heater for the guests’ comfort.
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries.

This bedroom on the first floor is crafted with tile flooring and comes with a view of the garden and hills.
It is furnished with a standing fan, TV, AC, wardrobes, and a heater for the guests’ comfort.
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS 

There are 3 attached bathrooms with solar panels, towels and basic toiletries.
Bathtubs are offered in 2 bathrooms. 

LIVING ROOMS 

There are 2 living rooms on the ground floor, each furnished with seating arrangements for 10 and 4 respectively.
The master living room is equipped with a beautiful fireplace and the secondary living room comes with the dining area.

DINING AREA 

The dining area on the ground floor is part of the secondary living room
It can accommodate 6 people in one sitting. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

LOUNGE AREA
The lounge on the first floor comes with a balcony and a sofa-cum-bed to maximise space.
It can accommodate 6-7 people and is the ideal area to enjoy high tea and play board games.

LAWN
The enormous naturally grown lawn spreads across 2000 sq ft
It is perfect for kids to run around or engage in a friendly match

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Breakfast is complimentary. 
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available on an a la carte basis at an additional cost of Rs.1400 + 18℅ GST per person/night. 
- The guests’ chef/cook can access the kitchen at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- There is a 6-seater jacuzzi that is limited to 2 hours/day. Extra usage costs Rs. 2000/hour, with max 6 guests at a time.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

NEIGHBOURHOOD

Don’t underestimate the size of this little town, you’ll be surprised with how much you can do here. Also referred to as Kodagu, Coorg is a tranquil town cradled in the Western Ghats, encapsulated by lush green forests, mountain views and breathtaking weather. A definite must-visit place for coffee lovers, Coorg is one of the largest producers of coffee in India. So, don’t forget to sneak in a cup of their authentic filter coffee. Also, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Go to Raja’s Seat and Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery)
- Visit Abbey Falls and Iruppu Falls
- Check out Nagarhole National Park and Dubare Elephant Camp
P.S. Most of the town doesn’t require air conditioners. Now you can only imagine how good the weather is, all year round!

- Distance from Madikeri Market - 4.5 km.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
