In Nashik, where nature's beauty flourishes, you begin your day stepping into the expansive haven of Misty Mirage Villa. Cosy corners welcome you in the two living rooms, perfect for morning coffee and relaxation. As the sun warms the day, head to the lush lawn for outdoor games amidst picturesque surroundings. Inside, indulge in lively indoor games for some friendly competition. Cool off with refreshing dips in one of the inviting pools, feeling rejuvenated by the water's embrace. - There are 6 ensuite bathrooms. 
- Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. 

LIVING ROOM
- There are two spacious living rooms situated in Unit 1 and 2 of the property.
- It offers TV, Wi-Fi, AC and comfortable seating.
- There are two dining spaces in each unit's living room.

KITCHEN 
- Guests may use the kitchen only for reheating purposes. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

LAWN 
- There's a beautiful lawn adorned with a bench and gazebo, perfect for outdoor dining.
- It can accommodate up to 8 - 10 people at any given time. 

POOL 
- There are two outdoor pools at the villa which are 4.2 ft. in depth, each.
- The pools are near the lawn and it overlooks the beautiful surroundings. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

- The chef will charge Rs. 2,000 per person for 4 meals if the guests are 5 or fewer. 

- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per session.

- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS AND HOUSE RULES
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Ordering in is not allowed at the property
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
