Featuring a capacious living space, dining area, expansive lawn seating for 30, a charming gazebo, and a private pool, this haven is tailored for both leisure and entertainment. The well-appointed kitchen is stocked with modern conveniences, and guests can opt for sumptuous vegetarian meals. Indulge in something extra relaxing such as massages or access to the steam room and jacuzzi for a supplementary fee. ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Guests are requested to convey at least 24 hours prior to the check-in if they wish to opt for the in-house meal package.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
The steam room can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour.
- Jacuzzi can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour.
- Male and female masseurs can be arranged for massages at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per hour. 
- For bookings that exceed 7 days, guests will also have to bear the electricity cost in addition to the rent.
- In case of a power outage, there is a generator and inverter available. If the guest wishes to use the generator for backup, an additional diesel cost (as per actuals) will be charged separately.
- The washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per load.
- Kids below the age of 2 years can be accommodated at no additional charge. All children above the age of 3 years can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day, per child.

LIVING ROOM
- The living area seats 16 people comfortably and offers AC.
- There is an 8-seater dining table. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. There is 1 common powder room on the ground floor. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- Indoor, as well as outdoor showers, are offered in the attached bathrooms on the ground floor. 

KITCHEN 
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, toaster, mixer-grinder, griller, sandwich maker, electric kettle, microwave, water purifier and a refrigerator.
- Crockery and cutlery are available. 
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, consumption is allowed.

LAWN & GAZEBO
- This villa is set up under the shade of a canopy of immense greenery.
- The lawn offers a gazebo, a garden umbrella for shade and ample seating for an al fresco evening session.

POOL
- There is a private swimming pool with pool floats, games and loungers. 
- The pool is 4.75 ft. in depth.

Home Rules and Truths
- Unmarried couples are allowed.
​​​​​​​- There are CCTV cameras installed in the outdoor areas for security purposes.
- This property is not suitable for pets.
- In case of a power outage, a generator and an inverter are available in the villa. The additional cost of Rs. 600 per hour for diesel, after the first day, will have to be borne by the guests. 
- Guests will have to make arrangements for additional groceries themselves. The caretaker will not be able to help source the same.
- In case the guests need anything except groceries, the caretaker will go to the local market once a day to source the supplies.
- No payments will be collected in cash.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season.
- Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. 
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings. 
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- If guests want to consume alcohol, a liquor permit needs to be provided. 
- Non-veg cooking is not allowed but consumption is allowed.
- The staff members will not be permitted to get outside food for the guests. 
- Guests or guests’ staff members cannot use the kitchen for elaborate cooking. 
- No food or drinks will be allowed near the pool. 
- Children must always be supervised while in the pool. 
- Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 8 PM. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- All-male groups are not allowed. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
