DINING AREA 
Adjacent to the indoor courtyard, on the left is the separate chandelier-clad dining area that overlooks the infinity pool.
Featuring a long wood-carved table and a strategically hidden sink, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. 

ALFRESCO DINING 
What better way to start your getaway, than to devour a sumptuous spread by the pool, the greenery and the lake beyond? 
Set right beside the pool is the alfresco dining space, which is the perfect place to sit back and relish your meals. 
It can comfortably seat up to 6 people. 

LAWN 
Outside, the lush green gardens span far and wide, with sectioned lawns spread throughout the entire estate. 
The gardens cover an area of 10,000 sq. ft., making it perfect to play a game of catch and embark on walks. 

POOL & DECK 
Beyond the confines of the living and the dining area lies the private infinity pool, that offers uninterrupted views of the lake. 
The pool is 40x19 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. 
The pool deck is furnished with sunken seating arrangements, pool loungers collapsible umbrellas and a pool side bar. 

GAMES ROOM
While you make the most of the entertainment area, let your little ones go and make the most of the games room.
This room features a range of indoor games like table tennis, carrom and yoga mats. 

STEAM, SAUNA & MASSAGE ROOM
The epitome of a relaxing getaway, this holiday home also features a separate steam and sauna room.

- All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

- The steam can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per hour.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
