At Moonlit Trails, your journey begins the moment you step through the entrance. Check-in is not just a formality; it's an invitation to a world of tranquillity. As you walk through the property, you'll discover 2 shimmering pools, each belonging to one of the two units, where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip. Venture out to the lush turfs that stretch before you. Each unit has its dedicated turf space, a perfect place for outdoor games or simply lazing with a book in the shade of the gazebo

In the evening, gather around the bar area for a sip of your favourite drink before heading to the BBQ and bonfire setup. The stars above and the crackling fire create a magical ambiance. As check-out approaches, you'll leave with the memories of a peaceful retreat close to the Mandwa jetty and the picturesque beaches of Alibaug, your spirit rejuvenated, and your heart longing for your return.

The room also offers an ensuite bathroom.

BEDROOM 2 (Unit 1)
On the ground floor, this bedroom is enveloped in floor-to-ceiling glass, inviting abundant natural light to dance within.

BEDROOM 4 (Unit 2)
On the ground floor, this bedroom invites abundant natural light to dance within.
Furnished with a queen-sized bed, an extra mattress, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and an ample wardrobe, this creatively curated room exudes perfection.
The room also offers an ensuite bathroom with a semi-open shower area.

BATHROOMS 
There are 4 ensuite bathrooms.
Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. 

LIVING ROOM 1 
This is a semi-open living space embraced by floor-to-ceiling glass, exuding a serene minimalist atmosphere.
Providing cosy sofa-style seating for up to 5, this space is ideal for creating a vibrant hub of togetherness and lively moments.
It is well-equipped with fans, Wi-Fi, and a security CCTV, and extends seamlessly to the outdoor haven of the turf and pool.

LIVING ROOM 2 
The living room is enriched by vibrant bamboo plants and open spaces, ensuring a continuous influx of natural light and fresh air.
Nestled on the ground floor, this space offers a wealth of amenities including fans, Wi-Fi, and a security CCTV system.
Featuring a cosy sofa-style seating arrangement, this space comfortably accommodates up to 6 individuals.

DINING AREAS 
Unit 1's dining area is located outdoors, in an enchanting al fresco setting that offers a picturesque view of the pool and the sprawling turf.
Unit 2's dining area can comfortably seat up to 6 people, while Unit 1 can host up to 4 diners.

KITCHEN 
Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

BAR AREA
A charmingly adorned bar area, nestled within Unit 1, provides the ideal spot to savour your beverage of choice while lounging by the pool.

POOLS
Each unit boasts 2 exquisite blue pools, perfect for unwinding with a relaxing soak or refreshing dip.
The pool for Unit 1 is 26x13.5 ft. and the one for Unit 2 is 49.5x19.6 ft. in size and 4 ft. and 5 ft. in depth.
Surrounded by loungers and lush green turf, this area becomes the ultimate space for hosting vibrant pool parties.

TURFS
A standout feature of this abode is the verdant turfs accompanying each unit, creating a striking contrast with the vivid blue pools.
The expansive turfs span approximately 350 sq. ft. and 1500 sq. ft. each, providing an ideal venue for hosting events and enjoying various outdoor activities.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Barbeque meal can be arranged for an additional charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

It is most commonly known for its sea forts, virgin beaches, black sand, mouthwatering seafood, and a myriad of adventurous water sports. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS
- There are a total of 5 bedrooms spread across 2 units, out of which guests have access to only 4 bedrooms of Units 1 & 2. Guests do not have access to the owner’s bedroom in Unit 2.
- Please note kids below the age of 10 cannot be accommodated until further notice.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours. 
- Mobile networks like Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes.
- This is a standalone property compromising 2 individual units.
- The caretaker resides near the premises of the property and will be available from 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
