BEDROOMS

- There are 3 bedrooms of the main villa - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. 

- Heaters, electric kettles, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.

BATHROOMS

- There are 3 attached bathrooms. 

- All bathrooms have geysers, separate dressing areas, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS

- The living room seats up to 9 people. It has a TV, heater, fireplace and an attached balcony. 

- The dining area seats 6 people.

- There is a 400 sq.ft. lawn with seating for 6 people.

- The terrace has seating for 6 people.

KITCHEN

- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. Guests can arrange for the ingredients themselves. If they wish for the caretaker to get the ingredients, then an additional transportation cost along with the cost of ingredients will be levied.

- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, water purifier, toaster, refrigerator, juicer and coffee maker.

- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD

- Breakfast is complimentary. It will only be served from 8 AM to 10 AM. If guests order breakfast beyond 10 AM, the same will be chargeable. 

- Guests can order vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal options à la carte. Lunch will be served from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner will be served from 7:30 PM to 9 PM. 

- All meals timings will be strictly adhered to. 

- Guests can also eat at nearby restaurants like Cafe Ranikhet, Himalayan Eco Lodges, Urban Tadhka and New Highway Restaurant.

GUEST ACCESS

- The guests have access to the entire villa.

- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We can provide accommodation for 2 drivers, on prior notice, at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per person, including all meals.

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can play indoor games like Ludo, chess, carrom, cards and outdoor games like cricket and badminton. They can go for nearby treks and can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

- Guests should be cautious while stepping out since there is a jungle nearby.

- There are 3 CCTV cameras, one at the entrance, one at the front and one at the back.

- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 12 hours. 

- The caretaker stays at the premises of the same property.

-  WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.

- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/VI work fairly well here.

Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 6 cars is available. Transportation can be arranged for local tour. Also pick up / Drop can be provided from airport/railway station on request. It will on paid basis.Vehicle can be arrange from Delhi also.

HOUSE RULES

- Loud music is not allowed post 8 PM.

- Drinking is allowed only in the bedrooms.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

- Stags are not allowed at the property.

POLICIES

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
