- Overlooking the verdant slopes of the valley below, there are 5 spacious rooms - all on the ground floor of this property.
- All rooms are equipped with a plethora of plush amenities such as a king-sized bed, foldable bed, AC, TV, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe, and an electric kettle.
- All these well-furnished rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 ensuite bathrooms overlooking the bamboo plantations.
- All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- This exquisite villa features an expansive living room brimming with antiques and uniquely designed furniture on the ground floor.
- Adorned with a pastel hue this room is equipped with a plethora of amenities such as a portable music system, Wi-Fi, and a CCTV camera.
- Complete with a sofa and some lounge chairs, this room can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
- The cosy dining space is a component of the living room on the ground floor and can seat up to 8 people.
- Both the living room and dining area are not equipped with an AC or TV.
- This charming abode features an abundance of airy sit-out spaces and a 700 sq.ft verandah that tempts guests to relax, contemplate and gaze at the views of the Dhom Dam.
- The verandah also features a rustic swing, and it can easily accommodate up to 4 people.
- The interiors also feature indoor games such as table tennis and carrom.
- The exteriors of this quaint home boast unending tones of verdure owing to lush greenery and the sprawling lawn.
- This well-manicured lawn covers an area of about 5000 sq.ft. and has ample seating space for up to 6 people.
- It also features a fun, kid’s special game zone complete with a swing set, a slide, and other fun elements that add to its splendour.
- Guests can breathe in the cool, clean air while engaging their friends in a game of cricket on the lawn.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

FOOD

- All meals can be prepared by the in-house cook at an additional cost of Rs. 4000 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. 
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS

- The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
- The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
- We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1000.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room for security purposes.
- The living room and dining area are not equipped with an AC or TV.
- This is a standalone property.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
