As the morning sun paints the sky in soft hues, you wake up with a fresh breeze from the sea kissing your face. Begins your day with a leisurely stroll through the lush lawn, the refreshing breeze carrying whispers of refreshing air. Make your way toward the swimming pool for a exhilarating splash and soak in the sun. Additionally, we recommend a calming meditation or yoga session on the lawn and letting out all the stress from the hustle and bustle of your daily life. Enjoy a gourmet breakfast in the dining area, overlooking the majestic mountains providing you the perfect start to a day of indulgence. In the afternoon, explore the nearby attractions that adorn the Alibaug landscape. A visit to the historic Kolaba Fort promises a captivating experience. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the vibrant culture and enjoy a shopping spree in Alibaug's markets. As the sun hides behind the mountains and the night takes over, let the evening unfold a tapestry of experiences like the barbeque and bonfire under the stars.

Opening up to a majestic mountain view, the bedroom on the ground floor is decorated with plush furnishings and opens up to a balcony.
It is equipped with a king-sized bed, an AC, fans, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe and a single mattress on request. 
This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, hair dryer, towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2

BATHROOMS
There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
All bathrooms have geysers for hot water, hair dryer, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
This living room is a chic sanctuary of tranquillity with rich upholstery, perfect to enjoy fun-filled moments with your loved ones.
The living room has seating for 9 people and is equipped with an AC, fan, WiFi, T.V, mosquito repellent and a portable music system. 

DINING AREA 
Nestled within the living room, the dining area is a refined space to enjoy Alibaug’s offerings with a picture-perfect mountain view.
The dining area has seating for 8 people and is equipped with an AC & TV.  

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

LAWN 
Step into the lap of nature in this sprawling lawn that is perched by the mountains and gives a stunning beach view in Alibaug. 
The lawn can seat up to 15 people comfortably.

POOL
There is a private pool along with a kiddie pool. 
The pool is 28ft x 20ft and the kiddie pool is 11ft x 6ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session.
- Amenities such as indoor games, board games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1000.  
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
