The property has plenty of family-friendly activities to keep everyone occupied. Kids may run about on the large grass, which has a separate play area, for hours of sunbathing. Meanwhile, visitors are invited to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the wide sky and lush foliage from the outdoor pool. The football turf is a sportsman's paradise, with family matches and informal games awaiting. There is plenty of room for kids to run around and enjoy the delights of outdoor space in the designated play area.

Oasis of Solace becomes a centre for social meetings and special occasions when the day gives way to night. Around bonfires, guests may congregate while laughing and telling stories beneath the stars. - It has a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

LAWN, TURF AND PLAY AREA 
There is a <> sq. ft lawn with a gazebo that acts as a cosy shade for the dining space with seating arrangements for 15 people.
There is a play area for kids with swings, slide, see-saw and a merry-go-round for fun.
A turf is present beside the lawn measuring <> in size, catering to football matches.

SWIMMING POOL 
A private outdoor pool is present 12 x 20 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
It can be accessed from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 2500 per session.
- Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 1200 per person per night excluding meal charges..
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
