DINING AREA
The chandelier-clad dining area is a part of the living room.
It can accommodate up to 10 people.

There are 5 attached bathrooms and 2 powder rooms.
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
KITCHEN
Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
Crockery and cutlery are also available. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
LOUNGE
The first floor of this opulent abode features a sectioned lounge area on the first floor.
The first section features table tennis whilst the other includes day loungers offering a direct view of the waters.
LAWN
The exteriors of the property are absolutely delightful.
On the right of the main entrance of the home is a lush green garden, 837 sq. ft. in size, with seating arrangements.
POOL
The living room directly opens up to the private infinity pool overlooking the Mandovi River and the surrounding soothing scenery.
The pool is 70x12 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
The guests can access it from 7 AM to 7 PM.
HOME TRUTHS
- All-male and all-female groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Speakers are not available on the site, however, they can be arranged upon request when making a reservation.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
