There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
One of the bathrooms also features a jacuzzi.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA 
There are 2 living rooms, one situated on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
It includes AC, heater, patio, balcony, sound system, and a pool table. 
Comes with a dining area.

KITCHEN 
Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. 
It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can provide backup.
- There is no WiFi available at the property. Guests are requested to carry their dongle for internet connectivity. 
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 4 pets at an additional charge. 
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
