True to its name, Ora - Indulgent Living is brimming with an array of exciting activities to keep you occupied during your stay, prepare yourself for a fun-filled, luxurious getaway. The location of the property is absolutely stunning - the lush green spaces are dotted with verdant foliage and a refreshing breeze. Seamlessly opening up to the plush indoor spaces that are eloquently embellished with lavish furnishings. Start your day with a romantic picnic by the lake as you soak in the beautiful valley views. A Jeep tour can also be arranged to enjoy the blissful sunset with some wine & cheese. Enjoy a session of massage therapy and stargazing, followed by spending some quality time in the open-air heated jacuzzi and a quick trek around the organic plantation.

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome. We allow only up to 1 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 2500+taxes per pet.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- The cosy abode features 1 bedroom on the first floor. It is 21 sq. ft x 21 sq.ft. in size.
- It offers a variety of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, an extra rollaway bed, and an ensuite bathroom.
- It opens up to an attached balcony overlooking the serene landscapes of the gorges and hills. 

BATHROOMS
- The bathroom is on the ground floor and is 4.6 sq. ft x 6.6 sq. ft in size.
- A geyser, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. 

COMMON AREAS
- Step into this plush holiday home and welcome a myriad of snug and well-furnished places, each dotted with an unmatchable view. 
- The home opens up to a cosy living room on the ground floor, equipped with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 3 people. 
- It is equipped with a variety of leisure amenities including a Wi-Fi, AC, and a music system.
- The living room is 19 sq.ft x 18 sq.ft. in size.
 - The exteriors of the home are an absolute delight that features an abundance of green spaces. 
- The 2000 sq. ft. lawn is perfect for a leisurely morning stroll and savouring the surrounding views. 
- The lawn also features a 6-seater open-air jacuzzi, ideal for a de-stressing soak amidst the chilly breeze of Lonavala. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. 

FOOD
- All meals are included in the cost of the stay.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa, except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Promising to be a blissful getaway from the city, this holiday home boasts a myriad of experiences to keep you and your loved ones occupied at all times. Within the property, guests can begin their days with a brisk morning walk and bask in the early morning sun. Enjoy can soak in the jacuzzi or play indoor games like chess, cards, and ludo. Carry a peaceful read or explore the organic plantation and rose farms. Request for a bonfire to be lit up. Additionally, guests can enjoy a jeep tour to sunrise and sunset point, night off-roading, stargazing, and trekking. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3000.
- The jacuzzi is complimentary once during the stay for up to 3 hours. However, after that, there will be an additional charge of 1k per hour.
- A jeep tour/jungle safari can be arranged for the guests for an extra cost.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa is relatively secluded and promises an uninterrupted and peaceful getaway. 
- Kindly inform the caretaker to have the outdoor jacuzzi cleaned as it is susceptible to becoming contaminated by dust or foliage, owing to the strong winds.
- During the monsoons, the temperature of the jacuzzi will be optimised at 33 degrees.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 10 hours. 
- Mobile network such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- This is a standalone property.

An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls, and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
