At Own The Beach Life in Thrissur, every day is a vibrant blend of sun-soaked adventures and tranquil moments. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves and savour a warm cup of coffee in the vibrant outdoor space, surrounded by lush greenery and swaying palm trees. Relax or play fun pool games at the splash pool, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to your beachside retreat. Embark on a beachfront stroll, feeling the soft sand between your toes. Lounge on the sprawling lawn or swing lazily in one of our hammocks, embracing the ultimate relaxation. As the day unfolds, treat yourself to delightful local meals. As the sun sets, the sky transforms into a canvas of stars, inviting you to stargaze and marvel at the beauty of the universe. THE SPACE 

BEDROOM 
- This cosy bedroom consists of a bunker bed along with another bedspace on the top level, a lounge net with a window sitout along with a beach view. 
- The room consists of AC, WiFi and a wardrobe for storage facilities. 
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOM
- There is an attached bathroom in the villa. 
- The bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. 

LIVING ROOM
- As you step into the lovely room, you’ll find a cosy seating area, warm flooring, and modern furnishings. 
- With its sofa-style seating arrangements, this room can easily accommodate up to 6 people.
- The living room offers WiFi, fan, and more. 

DINING AREA 
- There is an outdoor dining space available for the guests that can accommodate up to 4 people easily.

KITCHENETTE 
- Guests can use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

LAWN
- There is a 3500 sq. ft lawn with hammocks and a gazebo.  
- It can accommodate up to 20 people at any given time. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. 
- Ayurvedic Massages can be arranged at an extra cost. Please note, guests need to book the massage 24 hours in advance.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet at an additional charge of Rupees 700 per pet.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
