Located beside a charming pond, visitors may relax in the tranquil environment and take advantage of the breathtaking surroundings. The organically growing grass is a great place for kids to play and for gatherings with loved ones when someone is looking for some downtime. As you enjoy the captivating sky, the outdoor pool beckons with its cool dips that will provide a welcome break from the tropical heat. The rooms have full-length transparent glass windows that provide unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape and the attractive pool and beautiful lawn. Above it, an inviting open seating area awaits, creating a calm atmosphere where visitors may enjoy a beverage or a nice book while taking in the beautiful surroundings. To top it off, guests can end their days with a scrumptious barbecued meal while indulging in heartfelt conversations.

BEDROOM 1 
- This bedroom on the ground floor is an ode to the traditional decor and design of the region
- It is equipped with a fan, AC, WiFi connection and an extra mattress for convenience and comfort.
- This bedroom comes with full-length glass offering views of the pool and lawn.

BEDROOM 2

BATHROOMS
- There are 1 attached bathroom and 1 common bathroom. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
- The cosy living room is situated on the ground floor, is adorned in neutral hues and has comfortable seating.
- This space is furnished with a TV and music system for entertainment along with WiFi connectivity.
- The dining area is part of the living room and can accommodate up to 3 people in one sitting.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

POOL & LAWN
- A plunge pool is present in front of the villa, 20x10 in size and 4.5 in depth, and is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- The well-maintained lawn surrounds the property and acts as a playground for fun activities.

UPSTAIRS SEATING AREA
- A seating area is available on the property with amazing views of the greenery that surrounds the property.
- There are seating arrangements to unwind and partake in some delicacies as you take in the region's beauty.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost on the basis of self-service. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
- Breakfast is complimentary as per availability.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES 
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. 
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support various appliances for a couple of hours. 
- The generator will not support ACs in the bedrooms.
- All mobile networks except Airtel work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external and common areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
